Advertiser Guidelines

You (the "Advertiser") may publish your advertisements ("Advertisements"), in connection with the musical compositions of registered users ("Music") of www.buildajam.com (the "Website), as part of the Buildajam, LLC Advertiser Program (for Music to be streamed online via the Website) or as part of an independent arrangement (for Music to be downloaded from the Website) pursuant to the following terms and conditions:
• Buildajam, LLC may, in its complete discretion refuse to publish any Advertisement on the Website at any time and for any reason.
• Advertisements may not be sexually explicit.
• Advertisements may not feature or contain defamatory, discriminatory or profane speech.
• Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that Advertisement is in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws pertaining to: intellectual property rights, sweepstakes and contests; prescription drugs; offers of rebates, coupons, sales.
• Advertisements must clearly and accurately identify the Advertiser's goods or service being promoted therein and the sponsor of the Advertisement.

Also, all Advertisements must adhere to the following specifications:

• Advertisement length cannot exceed ten (20) seconds per Music composition.
• A single Advertiser may promote multiple products or services in a single Advertisement, but multiple Advertisers cannot advertise within the same Advertisement.
• Advertisement File Format: MP3
• Sample Rate: __kHz
• Bitrate: __ kbps
• Max File Size: 222 Kilobytes
